      Pros

      Great company to work for, great benefits, work well with other employees. Management is very fair. When you have an issue they will handle it in the weekly meetings.

      Cons

      No overtime, company tries to keep the overpayments rather low, but hourly pay is fairly reasonable. Benefits are 50/50, 401k is after 1 year.
