It's a small close-knit team. The owners are involved in the day-to-day operations and available to answer questions or help find solutions if you run into any roadblocks on a project. Employees are highly valued by the company and hard work is always recognized.

I haven't been faced with any significant cons

Open, laid-back and friendly atmosphere. A lot of motivation to work hard. I have a sense of community; we can confidently voice our concerns and ask for solutions. If you perform, your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Busy but manageable schedule.
