Pros
A few really good people who do their utmost and are very capable.
Cons
Weak CEO who is a puppet to Indian founders and senior Indian Executive Committee members who report to him. Indian management treat people really badly and as commodities at all levels. Bullying culture driven from India. As soon as someone disagrees with HR they're removed from the business! No investment. Constantly cutting cost. No idea.
