Pros
I have been working at Masspay.pro for about a year. The team is pleasant and friendly. I think the reason is the full transparency and focus on results. Almost every quarter the management sets a task, for example, to introduce a new method of payment, but it doesn't feel like you are being pushed around. And the work itself is pleasant because there are no hidden strings in the contract or extra interest which would be paid by a client who finds out about them afterward. The company pays only the official salary, without any money in an envelope.
Cons
From the disadvantages I can list a few points: not the biggest salary, the office is far from my home and a bit unusual working hours (it was very hard to get used to it in the first days).
