      Higher up personnel were professional yet friendly. Available for questions and gave explanation on how they wanted a task completed when asked. Henry Massman was in the office on a daily basis and friendly, made time for his employees.

      Cons

      HR was gossiping about employees and if she knew anything in your personal business made it known to others as well.

      Pros

      Very cool work. Not a huge company, so executives and co-workers know you and what you bring to the table. Profit sharing is excellent.

      Overall pretty positive experience. Know what you're signing up for with the moves from project to project.
