There is no down side to this firm. Everything is great about this place

I worked a long time, 2 years (30 hours a week) , and 2 months (40 hours a week). I got to work on very good subsystems, got a chance to design one of their core part, so was lucky. Overall , lots of opportunity of good work. Is a startup , so you can ask for what you want and if you are good, you will most probably get to work on it. Pay is decent.

Still startup mentality, need to define some formal process, need to hire more experienced people for better and more scalable designs.
