Massive has a really nice office environment, with working flexibility and good staff culture. The company has a relaxed feel, but is still structured and focused on development. Massive has monthly Town Hall's which allows for the whole office to come together and catch-up on what everyone has been working on which is a nice way to end the month and is usually accompanied with some treats.
