Everyone is friendly and welcoming, the environment itself is awesome. Interns have very clear instructions and are always supported. I learned so much, 10/10.

Colleagues can be good, though they usually do not stick around long enough to build long lasting relationships.

Wrong people in the wrong seats. Bureaucracy was supposed to be the answer, but the quasi is maligned with lack of experience in qualified seats. Fiduciaries who care about small business and realize it is the backbone of the MA economy would be ashamed to see what this agency has become. No budget for software has left this agency so far behind, candlebox is more relevant.
