Possibility to choose the project you want to pursue. Possibility to learn new skills, mostly using the systems and basic tools to work with: Google sheets, Datastudio, Ad Manager, coding.
Cons
Possibilities highly limited by CEO's: disturbing point of view, unrealistic expectations, chaos, constant change of priorities, no given tools to successfully achieve your goals or even daily tasks, naming and shaming style, toxic adoration of loyal employees, violating private space by publicly/unethically commenting on someone's personal life or identity, manipulating behavior.
