Pros

Good place to get some experience when you’re fresh out of school, to work up your confidence and your technique. Clients are good, not great, but I rarely had a problem with the people who came through here. Very clean facility with beautifully decorated rooms Helpful and courteous staff, as well as cool coworkers

Cons

LOW pay. The company barely pays you 20% of each service, regardless of them jacking up their prices to the public. (Pay your workers more if you’re charging more…) Management and was very clique-ish. It’s a small business so the management is pretty close, however, it felt two faced in there sometimes. Favoritism with certain therapists runs rampant here. Tips are okay. Seems to be a lot of $5 tippers at this establishment. This studio is for people who don’t want to spend the extra money at a large franchise, and the therapists suffer for it. Between the bad tippers and management who doesn’t pay fairly, it doesn’t serve well for your career.
