      Pros

      They spent a lot of time communicating with me as to what's happening and they paid for all my certifications and training. Provided me with a company vehicle and always supported me when I was working with customers. Good to work with them if you're young and starting out in your career.

      Cons

      You have to learn a lot of new softwares and have to have a smart phone for everything. Also lots of background checks and they took almost five weeks - long time for when I was hired.

      Pros

      I most appreciate mass energy lab for giving a veteran like me a chance. I had just completed a tour and got back and I really felt like nobody cared about what I had done for the country. Not only did mass eneergy lab invite me in for an interview after meeting me at a career job fair in cambridge, they also showed me a lot of rerspect in front of everybody at the fare.
