      Pros

      Coworkers are like family. They will try to work around other schedules i.e. if you are a student or have family issues. Nice pay for starting CNAs and opportunity to make more with more years put in.

      Cons

      You get mandated to work when the next shift is understaffed. This happens more than just occasionally.
