Salary was pretty good and the office is great

- Management didn't seem to care about health and wellbeing of staff. - Very rude people in some departments whose behaviour was never addressed - No HR department

Exposure to SMA and platform world and could be a stepping stone into bigger and better companies with real career progression opportunities.

Nothing gets done and just goes around and around in circles. No HR departments, when they really need one. Pay the private shareholders (who are the bosses) a massive dividend, but don't pay most of the staff a bonus. Nepotism is rife. 90's Investment Bank management style. Intimidation, bullying etc.
