Pros
The company has a flat hierarchy, which makes communication with managers and senior leadership approachable and straightforward. I felt comfortable discussing ideas, asking questions, and seeking guidance directly from the leadership team. It is also a great environment for personal and professional growth. During my six-month internship, I was given numerous opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and gain exposure to different aspects of the business, which significantly accelerated my development.
Cons
As with many agency environments, workloads can become demanding during peak periods or when project deadlines are approaching. This may occasionally require employees to work beyond regular office hours to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
