- Very helpful and teach you a lot about the real-world marketing - Guidance from bosses and higher ups - Friendly culture (flat hierarchy) - Motivated co workers - OK to have lack of experience because they will teach you everything - Good clientele to add to your resume/portfolio - Receptive towards new ideas, very open-minded - WFH days and can get work-life balance if you plan your work properly - Central location - Moderate company benefits - Celebrate traditions together (e.g. CNY and Mooncake festival you bake cookies / make mooncakes together to give to clients) - Clients always giving us their products
Cons
- As like every other agency, clients can be hard to communicate with sometimes but generally, all the clients are really nice and friendly - Agency life means having to OT or rushing out work in a tight timeline - Would be better if they could have more employee benefits
