Pros
Work / Life balance is good Remote working
Cons
On payday, after 10 months of working at Mashroom, I was told that they didn't have any money to pay my salary. They did pay others. After 5 days of waiting, they told me that they were letting me go because they couldn't afford me anymore. They still haven't paid my 1.5-month salary to this day (2.5 months past), and they haven't answered their emails even though I tried to be civil about it. When I started working, we had an office where we could eat free lunch and order two free coffees daily. After a couple of months, all the freebies were gone (even though a review here said we still had them. Management, is it you?). Then the office was gone, and finally, me. You don't feel like you are part of the company; you only have a relationship with your division, and because you don't know the direction, you can't adjust yourself accordingly.
