The patient population is very underprivileged.

Started off a good experience but most people I know quit within short period of time since CNO started. I like to find more pros but can’t :(

Micromanagement, nurse managers very unsupportive of their floors (especially when understaffed), toxic communication between staff and some house SUP. CNO comes to the floors to micromanage and doesn’t listen to valid safety concerns. Seeing what I have, I would never be a patient here.
