Pros
Just like people, privately owned companies always have some quirks. If you accept this and have the patience to understand them before making judgement, then you might find you actually like some of them. Here's my favorite, there's opportunity everywhere, seriously opportunity rich for people that like working with others to create the next iteration. People that like challenges and are driven by the feeling that comes from accomplishing something difficult. People that enjoy collaborating to find a method to the madness that works better. A person eager and willing to ask themself 'what else can I do' vs. telling others how or what they should do. Please swipe right if this is you, the rest is easy!
