Pros

A very aggressive ambience. The company manages to attract extremely talented people from around the world. Overall working ambience is very nice. In terms of benefits being offered to employees its quiet good. They offer free breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages. That to me is a very big bonous !!!! The company is very heavily focused on getting the job done. I think this could be thought of as a minus. As one would prefer more focus from the management side for the overall development of an individual. I think the work hours are bit more. On an average I spend 11 hours. But that gets offset by the food they provide the whole day.

Cons

Very much focused on getting the work done rather than individual overall development. They could provide more traning in fields like six sigma & leadership development rather than just honing the technical side. On the technical side sometimes you see that the management gets over ambitious about a design and that kind of drives people working on the project more and also pushes out the schedules of taping out a chip. Also the flow of information in terms of specs on products in also very tight and hard to get by. This should surely get a bit more easy as sometimes refering to an older spec could give you a head start in learning the current rev.

Pros

-high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

Cons

pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
