      Rigorous workload - no time for career growth. FTO (Flexible "Unlimited" Time Off) myth - Too busy Questionable technology leadership - projects & teams can get abruptly cancelled without warning. Job security uncertainty.

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
