      Regular 9-5 job. Low cost for eating at Cafe.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Especially at Infrastructure end. The manager contently like to show the power, no open discussion. (My way or no way).

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      Pros

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
