If you are man, lots of chance to shine since Marvell software talent pool is limited, better if you are good at politics.
Cons
If women, all the credit of your work will go to your man colleague or your manager and you will be left out of promotions, would get yelled in meetings. Avoid like a plague. Most of top women performers have left the company and Marvell tries to keep the diverse image by replacing them with new women hire.
