Hardly any info about corporate is shared to employee. HR recruiters hehave like used car dealer. Manager doesn't respect your time, your rights. You don't have to be qulified for your position or even have to do anything at work if you happen to go to the same church as you manager, yet lots of credit magically coming your way.
