      - Great work culture, helpful colleagues, managers with real leadership qualities. - Quality over quantity is expected and appreciated. - Periodic recalibration of assignments and deadlines of individual engineers to keep the workloads realistic. - No risk averting behaviors which gives freehand for all engineers to explore new ideas to improve the design performance. - Management seems to fish out and raise engineers from all levels who move the needles. - Have enough infrastructure and resources to develop advanced products without pressuring the engineers. - Adopting AI is every aspect of work.
