My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. The work environment is driven by unrealistic targets and constant pressure, with little regard for the resources or bandwidth available to employees. Expectations are often misaligned with reality, yet the burden of delivery is pushed entirely onto the team. A major concern is the lack of transparency and fairness around compensation. There have been recurring issues related to salary payments, and employees are often expected to continue working despite unresolved payroll concerns. This creates significant stress and reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to its workforce. The management style is highly controlling, with excessive micromanagement and very little trust in employees. Instead of empowering people to perform, there is constant monitoring and second-guessing, which impacts morale and productivity. Role clarity is also a serious issue. Employees are frequently expected to handle responsibilities far beyond their actual job scope — from hiring and team management to operations, client handling, and sales support — all without proper recognition, support, or compensation growth. Career progression is another weak area, with little to no increments and limited acknowledgment of extra effort. The leadership culture feels toxic at times, and the lack of constructive support from managers makes it difficult to grow professionally. Overall, this is not a workplace that values employee well-being, trust, or sustainable performance.
