      Pros

      Your peers will be the best part of your work, the people that work here stay for that very reason.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible and the company's attitude towards their employees is just as bad. You're expected to overwork for your under pay, what's worse is that they see it as them doing you a favor by letting you work here.
