      Pros

      Successful company so you know they're not going bankrupt anytime soon. Ultimately, they know what they're doing.

      Cons

      They are consistently under-market on salary and budgets, and have a culture of unnecessary witch hunts when things go wrong, too many cooks in the kitchen & too many meetings. Overall not a great work culture.

      Learning the ins and outs of what it's like working at a fast-paced, high pressure and very well-known company.

      Cons

      It's an incredibly toxic workplace with little to no room for growth.
