      Good experience, hours, health insurance and 401a, understanding for outside obligations/appointments, no overtime demand.

      Cons

      Manual labor, working outside of job scope, poor working environment/considerations (freezing temps, extreme heat), not enough PTO/sick time, never have a chance for any over time (it is never considered or given.

      Pros

      Great people work here, so it makes going to work everyday something that you want to do. The job is rewarding most days, and the pay and benefits are thus far, unmatched by anyone else.

      Cons

      The end of the cantract is kind of a tough time. You aren't sure if you're still going to have a job or not.
