Pros
If you love working independently and finding creative solutions with tight deadlines this is a great place to work. I really enjoy the flexibility of the job. You are encouraged to shift within the company until you find the department that excites you.
Cons
Management is much to busy to train and provide oversight. This can be very intimidating for new hires who are not sure how ad agencies operate. However, if you are experienced in the industry the absence of this hand-holding is much appreciated.
