Pros
There are great, incredibly talented and knowledgeable people to work alongside within the agency. There was very little micromanagement once trust was developed.
Cons
The agency rapidly grew and I left with the perspective that management opted to burn their employees out rather than hiring an adequate number of people. Very seldom room for advancement in certain departments.
