Great company - Commercial Truck Driver Martin Resource Management Employee Review

This company is a wonderful place to work. Everyone that I have interacted with at MRMC has been incredibly professional, respectful, and kind. Everyone I have worked with has loved their job and the people they work with everyday, which is something that I would second.

I have no cons to provide.

Very few. Probably some benefits. Very low pay.

Despite clear nepotism policies, the Plant Manager has placed multiple family members in key roles. Corporate is aware but has taken no action, suggesting the rules don’t apply to upper management.
