Pros
- Lots of stability, company almost never does layoffs and doesn't really fire people often - Easy and steady work - Opportunities to grow are everywhere, but you have to be able to move states often to take full advantage - Warehouse and driver pay for union locations is great
Cons
- Hourly admin are severely underpaid for what's expected, and everyone acknowledges it, managers, warehouse, drivers, EVERYONE except the people who can change it - My location in specific has some dodgy management. The HR and unionized department managers don't follow through on discipline and are afraid to get rid of employees who don't do their job until it's too late,
