      Free Breakfast and free lunch

      Cons

      Expected to do 16+ hours a day and only get paid for 8 hours. No overtime pay and loads of driving, basically I was being given too much work and not enough time. At the same time your expected to organise and book your own jobs. Management could not understand AMD were not willing to listen to my concerns. I walked out

      Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

      Cons

      Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
