Very diverse workplace - welcoming and a good team

Shifts can be challenging 12 hours

I liked my job and worked overtime as much as I was able. I enjoyed the people I worked with everyday, made connections.

Fired without reason, only because they contractually could. Watch what you sign and how you’re signing for. They fire employees for being unfit for the job to the point they are a danger, and yet they will hire that same employee back in the future, knowing the employee still has these issues and have no issues putting all employees at safety at risk. I worked for 10 months and because of lack of communication; playing broken telephone with a middle man who misremembers situations and rewrites their own reality. I no longer have my job that I enjoyed going into. And it has left a bad taste in the mouths of employees I knew who continue to work unhappily for the company. There was obviously a miscommunication between the middle man, Management, and Human Resources. Management has a major ego, sees everything as a threat, sees themself as doing no wrong, and will go on power trips.
