      Great mission, great food program for community.

      Very toxic culture, starting with leadership. Staff are regularly terminated without cause. Organization does not respond to community need in a meaningful way, and is not informed by best practices.

      Martha's Table is such an amazing place to work. The work environment is great and the organization's ability to adapt to the new times that we are in is commendable.

      There are no cons. If you aren't passionate about impacting the lives of others, this is not the place for you.
