      Some people outside of senior leadership are truly passionate about the work. Work/life balance for some positions.

      Cons

      Organization lacks strategy and is not delivering on promise to community or donors. C-Suite is largely inexperienced 30-somethings who are overcompensated.

      Martha's Table is such an amazing place to work. The work environment is great and the organization's ability to adapt to the new times that we are in is commendable.

      There are no cons. If you aren't passionate about impacting the lives of others, this is not the place for you.
