      There is no system in place where staff can evaluate thier managers. Therefore, managers seem to take advantage of many policies. There is a high staff turnover rate.

      Martha's Table is such an amazing place to work. The work environment is great and the organization's ability to adapt to the new times that we are in is commendable.
