Great front-line workers, very committed.

Cons

No leadership whatsoever, nobody has any idea what we're supposed to be doing. Executive level managers are raking in a ton of money, while everyone else is struggling.

The people work hard and have know how to have fun. Management is very supportive of your professional development journey.

Cons

I think the salary is a little below average but you learn more than you would at other co-ops.

The people at Martello are very nice and accommodating. It's a very pleasant place to work.

Cons

The product is a combination of a number of acquisitions. If they could stitch everything together, there is a nice business there.
