Pros

Very dynamic company that allows their employees to learn all aspects of the Graphic Design and Marketing Industry. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet demanding when project deadlines and client demands need to be met. If you are looking to grow as a professional, this is a great place to work. The experiences and responsibilities you gain here are unmatched.

Cons

Not very many cons at this place. If you love the industry and are looking for an opportunity to grow alongside an exciting organization, you have to keep in mind extended hours sometimes. But it's all in the name of getting the job done.

Pros

good team, good projects, great for entry level graduates

Cons

Not much career growth. Upper management is a mess, and severely underpays, not even a livable wage according to market.
