Pros
Extra time is paid for adequately (though it could be avoided if management were able to plan) + career opportunities in a growing environment
Cons
despite the global/multinational appearance, they are bush-league + 90% of them do not even speak English (included some management guys calling themselves "Director"...), i.e. a mix of ignorance and arrogance, i.e. ............................................................ all that glitters is not gold!!!
