Pros
The managers treat you with such respect, they are highly motivating and always make sure everyone is happy with the workplace. There are no work politics, everyone treats each other like family and are genuinely happy to be there. They even have JOY parties every once in a while to celebrate all the workers. There's also a "joy board" where all the employees write something nice about each other.
Cons
The place is very busy and they need more employees to work on the floor, especially in ladies department on a daily basis. The place also spreads out its hours to its many employees instead of giving the hours to the better employees and to those who actually want to work. Minimum wage pay
