Pros
Great family feel to work here, staff are great. This I cannot sell enough. Number of holidays given are good and you get more the more years you work. The company was great during covid, making sure staff was ok and prioritising mental health. Hybrid working is implemented
Cons
No progression, management don’t let staff know what’s happening with the company, that you find out about new products from customer enquiring about it. It’s a small society but the management is and works a little like an old boys club, but it has improved with new appointments. Salary is below level for all roles compared to a bank or society for similar roles, but it’s improving.
