      Pros

      Both freshers & experienced can benefit by working here. While freshers will get a good platform to kick start their career, the experienced ones can add to their experience & have growth in sight with the help of new cutting-edge technologies. I was fortunate to be sponsored for a few training programs in cutting edge open source technologies. They will definitely get their due.

      Cons

      There aren’t much of them….at least for now.
