Pros
Good pay and benefits that seem to get better over time (unlike most other companies). Lots of great people, lots of growth, potential to take on bigger roles quickly, some ability to move around between different areas.
Cons
Sometimes workload can be high in certain areas and others have trouble retaining people (cough Quality cough). Lots of growth = lots of change = a bit chaotic but in a mostly good way.
