Pros
If you see short 5 star ratings proclaiming no cons, they are obviously meant to pad the ratings, and should make you wonder why there would be a need to do so. Compared to its peers (small manufacturing companies), it may be considered average to above average. But very lacking compared to recognized companies. Have niche products and some established companies as customers so relatively financially stable.
Cons
Ultimately it's a small manufacturing company where profits margins come at cutting costs and keeping pays low. One consequence of trying to keep pays low is that often very young folks are made managers. Though they could be hard working, the lack of experience makes them poor managers and leads to overall environment being a bit chaotic with haphazard direction. If the work is interesting you can live with low pay, or if the pay is good, you'll stick around when other things are lacking, But they unfortunately are lacking in both.
