      Pros

      Great company, welcoming and friendly environment, great leadership, great work/life balance management is very flexible with time. Excellent culture, great benefits, friendly coworkers, and lots of opportunities to grow within. During COVID, employees and their family safety were a top priority. Bonuses were issued to help during the pandemic. This was a very thoughtful consideration from our leadership.

      Fantastic team to work with; great schedule! Exciting work! Plenty of opportunities to present capabilities and make valuable impact on high-visibility projects.

      Cons

      A lot of changes and constant growth can be difficult to keep up with at times. Health insurance could be much better.
