Pros
I'd have to say that the perks are Ok, not awesome, but at least there were a few. There's a nice little gym in the building, but I sure never had time to actually use it. There's a few benefits, nothing WOW but at least there's something.
Cons
Management is very weird here. They always yap about how their employees are important to them etc., yet there is a lot of favoriism and cliques. Some of the management has been there like FOREVER. And maybe that's part of the problem. They have too much going on; Jarden owns this biz now so it's a corporate atmo and you are just a cog in a big wheel. If you have a problem you get to just stuff it.. And sadly, very hard to connect with your "team mates" here since everyone is soooo fearful of getting canned.
