Pros
Laid back office atmosphere, good benefits, employee discount. Some good opportunities come but they are rare.
Cons
Odd politics, little opportunity for advancement, inneffective marketing, too many non-professionals in management, favoritism, not open to new ideas, afraid of trying anything new. Liars at VP level. Discrimination if you're not a part of the "inner circle". Rules change quickly and selectively if you're on the outs, and it really only takes something small and personal.
