There’s a strong emphasis on learning and innovation, and you get the chance to take ownership of your work.

      At times, there’s a noticeable gap in skill levels among some developers, which can slow down project progress or increase workload for experienced team members. The company could benefit from stronger technical hiring and mentoring programs to balance out the team’s capabilities.

      Pros

      There are some nice people here. HR is a very comfortable person to talk to. Employee engagement activities are good.

      Cons

      High turn over rate. People are treated like machines here. Poor upper management. They make the transition difficult when you want to leave. Favouritism Project management is not good. Strict and difficult to follow rules. Hiring and firing policy. No matter how good you are. Here you can get fired for not being a pet. Don’t believe all the reviews here. They’re mostly madeup. Go else where if you want to work for good people.

      Being an early age startup, please do not expect a good work life balance. Won't count this as a con, but can be a pointer.
