      Very flexible, allows work from home if your job permits, many benefits, very patient with users, frequent fun theme days.

      Cons

      I don't know of company wide cons. There are minor things I personally would like to see different, but the next person may not agree.

      Pros

      Marlin is a great place to work - really good teammates and culture. We all want one another to succeed, and the company results are showing it.

      Cons

      It's a bit of a drive to Horicon, but the metro Milwaukee office helps lessen commutes for many associates.
